We are seeking an Oil Market Analyst to join the Strategic Studies and Marketing Analysis Division of Crude Oil Sales and Marketing Department.
The Strategic Studies and Marketing Analysis Division is responsible for the department’s strategy, market intelligence, market analysis, planning and reporting activities, oil pricing support, modelling and data management.
Your primary role is to study various initiatives and issues, in addition to covering the dynamics of the global oil market form supply, demand, trade flows, pricing, competitor analysis, etc. in order to make the most optimal sales and marketing decisions.
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or other related degrees from a recognized and approved program.
You will have ten to twelve years’ experience in the Oil and Gas marketing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Assess existing pricing methodology and introduce tangible improvements
Quantify the impact of different marketing and operational tactics
Provide periodic competitor analysis and crude oil market analysis reports
Assess market implications on Saudi Aramco and providing recommendations
Translate complex data into meaningful reports for different levels of Management
