We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join the Corporate Finance Division (CFD). This position is critical in helping executives to manage and optimize the Company’s substantial global assets, cash flow, and investment banking relationships. CFD reports to the Corporate Finance & Project Development (CF&PD), which is part of the Treasury organization within Finance, Strategy & Development. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures and obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.
You must have an ability to handle complex, non-routine financial projects, which have little precedent. There should be a high degree of versatility in working across different finance groups and in working with senior executives, both inside and outside of the Company.
As the successful candidate you will have the following:
Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. An MBA is preferred.
History of career progression with at least 15 years of relevant work experience.
Financial certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CTP, or CFA).
Candidate must be capable of interfacing with senior management in an advisory capacity.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Work with relevant stakeholders within the Company or its affiliates to assess cash funding requirements, including advising on corporate and subsidiary working capital requirements, as well as short- and long-term capital investment and expansion plans.
Have a strong understanding of capital markets, investment banking, and financing vehicles across the corporate capital structure.
Develop comprehensive cash flow forecasts for the corporate group, including detailed modeling and sensitivity analysis.
Significant interaction with executives across the investment banking community, as well as executive management. Experience in managing a large number of multifaceted relationships is critical.
Strong written and oral communication skills are important for executive level presentations. Candidate needs to develop and interpret highly technical data to create briefs, policies, programs, and procedures. Individuals should have experience working in global, diversified teams across a wide array of groups in the corporate structure.
Administer Saudi Aramco’s multibillion-dollar credit facilities, including the processing of payments to/from external parties in relation to such facilities.
Testing of financial controls and ensuring that guidelines and controls are properly followed.
Generate track record tables of credit facilities and draft reports to management and external parties as necessary.
Work with legal departments in reviewing credit facility agreements.
Develop information memorandums related to potential new credit facilities.
Provide financial support to Saudi Aramco Joint Ventures as necessary.
Work with the Controller’s organization to ensure Saudi Aramco’s financial statement accurately reflects existing debt balances.
Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting.
Train and develop junior Saudi professional staff.
